Mr. Rahner specializes in cost segregation studies and tangible asset
appraisals of machinery and equipment, leasehold improvements, buildings
and land improvements for a variety of purposes including new construction
projects, fair market valuations and purchase price allocations. He
has significant experience in the valuation of tangible assets under
various premises and definitions of value. He has performed projects
throughout the world including South America, Central America, Europe,
and Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining CRS, Rob obtained eight years of cost segregation
and tangible asset appraisal experience as part of the Deloitte
& Touche Valuation Services practice, most recently as a Senior
Manager.
Rob has provided cost segregation studies for several hundred clients
in the real estate, retail, health care, food service, hospitality
and manufacturing industries that have routinely resulted in significant
net present value tax savings for his clients. These studies have
included retroactive analyses to recover lost depreciation that
was originally misclassified.
He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers in Cost Surveys (Cost Segregation) and Machinery and Technical Specialties and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Rob has also published various articles and presented to various groups on the subject of cost segregation.
Jerry, our Managing Tax Director, has over 30 years of extensive public
accounting experience, including managing a successful public accounting
practice for 25 of those 30 years. Jerry has experience in the areas
of Federal and State taxes as well as construction accounting. Jerry
has been featured as a guest lecturer on cost segregation for various
trade organizations and has published articles in several widely recognized
trade publications.
Jerry is a Certified Public Accountant who is an active member
of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA) and the New Jersey State
Society of CPA's (NJSCPA). He has maintained various roles with
the NJSCPA including that of Vice President, Secretary and Board
of Trustees.

Mogila specializes in cost segregation studies and the valuation
of machinery, equipment, and other tangible assets to support business
valuations, property appraisals, and litigation support projects.
The tangible asset valuations are performed for a variety of purposes
including purchase price allocations for Federal income tax, financial
and management reporting, cost segregation studies, property and
transfer tax analyses, and acquisitions.
Prior to joining CRS, Edward obtained three years of cost segregation
and tangible asset appraisal experience as a Senior Consultant of
a local valuation consulting company.
Mr. Mogila has extensive experience in performing valuations and
cost segregation analyses of industrial, commercial, and residential
properties throughout the United States. He has performed valuations
of tangible assets utilized in the generation, transmission and
distribution of electricity, transmission and distribution of natural
gas, wind power facilities, and other utility-related assets. His
other experience includes valuations of assets related to the manufacturing,
chemical, pharmaceutical, health care, recycling, high technology,
casino and gaming, internet, hospitality, commercial, and utility
industries.
Mr. Mogila is an Accredited Member of the American Society of Appraisers.

Matt has passed the first two levels towards his ASA designation in Machinery and Technical Specialties.
Arie has over 30 years of public accounting experience including
managing a successful accounting practice in South Florida. Arie
has experience in Federal and State taxes in the areas of real estate,
construction and automotive dealerships.
Arie is a Certified Public Accountant who is active in several
charities in South Florida and is an active member on the executive
board of a local community bank. He has made presentations to real
estate brokers and bankers and is a key advisor to real estate developers.
Jerry has over 40 years of public accounting experience in South
Florida. His expertise includes Federal and State taxes as well
as banking and the construction industry.
Jerry is a Certified Public Accountant who is a member of the Florida
Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has maintained various
roles in several charities as well as being an organizer and director
of a national bank.
